Touring & Leasing
Scheduling a tour is easy. You can book a tour online through our website, call our leasing office to speak with a Leasing Professional, or stop by during business hours for a Walk-In Tour. We look forward to showing you everything our Walnut Creek apartment community has to offer!
Applying for an apartment at Vaya Apartments is simple and completed entirely online.
- Each applicant 18 years or older submits an online application.
- The application fee is $35 per applicant.
- A $750 holding deposit is required and must be paid by cashier's check.
- After applying, applicants receive a secure Snappt verification link to confirm income documentation.
- Once approved, our leasing team provides a deposit receipt outlining all payments made and any remaining move-in costs.
Most applications are processed within 48 to 72 hours.
Pet Policy
Yes! Vaya Apartments welcomes pets!
Our pet policy includes:
- Maximum of 2 pets per apartment
- No weight restrictions
- Breed restrictions apply
- $500 pet deposit

Yes! Vaya Apartments is located just minutes from Heather Farm Dog Park, one of Walnut Creek's most popular destinations for dog owners. The park features open green space, walking trails, and off-leash areas, making it a great place for residents and their pets to exercise and socialize. Our convenient location also places you close to several pet-friendly parks, trails, and outdoor recreation areas throughout Walnut Creek.
Parking & Transportation
Resident parking is available for an additional monthly fee and is assigned per vehicle. Guest parking is also available for an additional charge. Garage parking is not available within the community.

Yes. Electric vehicle charging stations are available for residents; however, the number of spaces is limited and reserved. Please contact our leasing office for current availability and pricing.
Accessibility
Vaya Apartments is committed to providing an accessible living environment. Community amenities and common areas are wheelchair accessible, and all apartment homes feature wide entry doors that can accommodate wheelchairs. While our apartment homes are not specifically designed as ADA units, residents may request reasonable accessibility accommodations.
